  • 多运动,运动至出汗:每次运动至全身微汗、面部发红。或者先洗热水澡或喝热水之后再运动
  • 坚持洗热水澡,最好是泡热水澡或蒸桑拿,洗到全身微微发红这样毛孔张开,更利于发散湿气
  • 少吃冰冻寒冷的食物:尤其是大热天,应当少吃冰冻食品,这些食品将促进毛孔收紧,不利于湿气发散
