Efficacy : Helps to dispel cold and warm meridians

Ingredients : Blumea balsamifera DC, Bu Jin Zi

Function: Dispel wind and cold, warm and unblock the meridians and collaterals.
• Put the shower bag in water (18L) and boil, then turn to low heat and cook for 10-15 minutes

• Add appropriate amount of lemongrass and ginger slices to enhance the warming and dispelling effect.

• After cooking, squeeze the shower bag to allow the active ingredients of the soup bag to dissolve in the water. Allow the water to cool for 10-15 minutes to begin bathing.

• Boil the bath pack in high flame and then turns to low flame and boil (18L or any suitable amount) for 10 to 15 minutes.

• Add in suitable amount of Lemongrass and Ginger slices to enhance the warming and wind dispelling effect.
