Have a good meal with the whole family

Zero Failure Rice Cooker Edition

1. Wash the medicinal rice, add water in a 1:1 ratio, put it into the rice cooker, and start the cooking mode.

2. Wash the other ingredients, blanch the cured duck leg for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside.

3. Sliced cured meat and sausage; dried tangerine peel and hawthorn meat cut into pieces; chopped cured duck leg.

4. When the rice is cooked, take out the liquorice.

5. Sprinkle with red dates and goji berries, lay on cured meat, sausage, cured duck leg, and jerky, and mix evenly.

6. Shake the dark sauce bottle and pour it over the rice and ingredients.

7. Cover the rice cooker lid and continue heating for 3 - 5 minutes.

8. After cooking, uncover, stir evenly, and sprinkle with pork floss and chopped green onions.

Easy-to-cook clay pot version

1. Wash the medicinal rice, add water in a 1:1 ratio, put it into the rice cooker, and start the cooking mode.

2. Wash the other ingredients, blanch or steam the cured duck leg for 10 minutes, then remove and set aside.

3. Sliced cured meat and sausage; dried tangerine peel and hawthorn meat cut into pieces; chopped cured duck leg.

4. After the rice is cooked, remove the licorice, and transfer the rice along with the longan and angelica into the clay pot.

5. Arrange the Chinese sausage, moist sausage, cured duck leg, and dried hawthorn with aged tangerine peel in order.

6. Sprinkle with red dates and wolfberries.

7. Shake the dark sauce bottle and pour it over the rice and ingredients.

8. Cover the casserole with the lid and cook over heat for about 3 - 5 minutes.

9. Open the lid, turn to low heat, and stir evenly. Sprinkle with shredded pork and chopped green onions, then cover the pot.

10. Turn the heat to high and continue cooking for 2 - 3 minutes.
