It is formulated with appropriate Chinese medicinal materials and preserves its traditional quality and functions. It can help mothers expel wind and cold, warm the meridians, and maintain personal cleanliness.
成分: 大⻛艾、布京子

功效 : 帮助祛⻛散寒，温通经络

Ingredients : Blumea balsamifera DC, Bu Jin Zi

Function: Dispel wind and cold, warm and unblock the meridians and collaterals.
• 将沐浴包放入水(18L)中煮开，再转小火煮10-15分钟

• 加入适量的香茅与姜片以加强温通与祛⻛的作用。

• 煮好后挤一挤沐浴包让汤包的有效成分能溶与水中。将水放凉 10-15 分钟就能开始沐浴。

• Boil the bath pack in high flame and then turns to low flame and boil (18L or any suitable amount) for 10 to 15 minutes.

• Add in suitable amount of Lemongrass and Ginger slices to enhance the warming and wind dispelling effect.

• Squeeze the pack gentle for few times to ensure the medicine solution diffused into the water, Remove the bath pack and leave it cooling for 10-15 minutes and the water is ready to use.
