🌟Fresh Codonopsis Root Pork Rib Soup🌟

Ingredients: 20g dough, 15g Codonopsis, 15g goji berries, 250g pork ribs

practice:

  1. Wash all ingredients and blanch the lean meat.
  2. Cut the raw rehmannia into pieces and set aside the codonopsis and wolfberries.
  3. Add about 2500ml of water, put all the ingredients into the pot, and bring to a boil over high heat.
  4. Use a spoon to skim off the foam.
  5. After the water boils, reduce to low heat and cook for 2 hours, then add salt to taste.

Efficacy: Generates fluids and replenishes qi. Rehmannia glutinosa has the effects of clearing heat, cooling the blood, benefiting yin, and generating fluids. This soup also includes Codonopsis and goji berries. Because the soup made with Rehmannia is black in color, don't be misled by the color; the taste is not bitter! Codonopsis replenishes qi and also nourishes the blood, which is one of its main characteristics. Therefore, for those with both qi and blood deficiency, shortness of breath, palpitations, fatigue, pale complexion, dizziness, poor appetite, loose stools, and susceptibility to colds, Codonopsis is also suitable. Goji berries are sweet and neutral in nature, can nourish the kidneys, replenish the liver, improve eyesight, and moisten the lungs.
