🌟 Papaya, Apple and Snow Fungus Soup🌟
 
Ingredients: 1 papaya, 2 apples, 1 piece of snow fungus, 40g raw coix seeds, 40g gorgon fruit, 3 red dates, 300g pork ribs
 
practice:
1⃣Wash all ingredients.
2⃣Blanch the pork ribs. Peel and seed the papaya, core the apple, and cut into large pieces for later use.
3⃣Soak the snow fungus in water for about half a day, cut off the black bottom and set aside.
4⃣Add about 2500 ml of water, put in all the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours, and finally add some salt to taste.
 
Efficacy: Strengthens the spleen, nourishes the stomach, and moistens the lungs; relieves symptoms such as high stress, dry skin, and dullness. Papaya is warm in nature and sour in taste, can soothe the liver and stomach, relax tendons and muscles, activate bones and muscles, and lower blood pressure; apple can relax tendons and muscles, acting as both a laxative and antidiarrheal; snow fungus is neutral in nature and sweet in taste, replenishes the lungs and benefits qi, nourishes yin and moistens dryness; coix seed promotes dampness elimination and strengthens the spleen, also clears heat; gorgon fruit supplements the spleen and dispels dampness, while red dates can benefit qi, nourish blood, and calm the mind.
