🌟Corn, Apple and Carrot Soup🌟
 
Ingredients: 2 carrots, 2 corns, 3 apples
 
practice:
1⃣   Wash all ingredients.
2️⃣  ️Peel and cut carrots into pieces, and core apples.
3️⃣Add about 2500 ml of water, put in all the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours, and finally add salt to taste.
 
effect:
Strengthens the spleen and benefits the stomach, preventing and improving constipation issues. Carrots are neutral in nature and sweet in taste, strengthening the spleen, replenishing blood, and aiding digestion; corn is neutral in nature and sweet in taste, promoting diuresis to reduce swelling, benefiting the gallbladder to reduce jaundice, and harmonizing the middle and stomach; apples have effects such as generating fluids to quench thirst, moistening the lungs to relieve irritability, strengthening the spleen and benefiting the stomach, nourishing the heart and boosting energy, moistening the intestines, stopping diarrhea, relieving summer heat, and sobering up.
