🥕Carrots are neutral in nature and sweet in taste. Traditional Chinese medicine believes they have the effects of strengthening the spleen, nourishing the blood, and aiding digestion. Their nutrition has two main characteristics: first, they contain a higher sugar content than most vegetables and have a fragrant sweet flavor; second, they are rich in carotene and vitamin A.
 
White radish has a slightly cool nature and a spicy, sweet taste. It enters the lungs and has the effects of aiding digestion and relieving gas, generating fluids to moisten the lungs, promoting urination, and facilitating bowel movements. Therefore, there is a saying: "Eat radish in winter and ginger in summer, no need for doctors' prescriptions," and "When radishes are in season, doctors have no work to do."
 
Contraindications for eating carrots: People with diarrhea should not eat them
Eating precautions for white radish: not suitable for people with qi deficiency constitution and spleen and stomach cold deficiency.
