The difference between red dates, black dates and candied dates

Black jujube, sweet in taste and neutral in nature. It enters the spleen and stomach meridians. The effects of black jujube are actually these aspects: tonifying the middle and benefiting qi, nourishing the blood, calming the mind, and improving eyesight.
Honey Dates Properties: sweet taste, neutral nature. Channels entered: spleen and stomach meridians.
