Ingredients: Lotus root1Root, Lily30g, lotus seeds30g,peanut100g, lean meat500g


practice:

1⃣Wash all the ingredients. Blanch the lean meat.

2️⃣  ️ Join the Agreement2500Milliliters of water, add all ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat1.5Hour.
